They used to be much more richer than now, especially because they went all bankrupted after the cops took their luxury vehicles, which they used to smuggle. Still free but with the police on their doors, there isn't another option but to continue in the criminal world and slowly retrieve all the rich cars they used to have, maybe even more. Moving around with the Arrow keys or WASD might not be enough, know when to jump with Space-bar or activate Turbo with X, using rocket with the key Z if needed. Esc to pause Rich Cars 3.
