Even when someone or an animal is completely relaxed and nothing seems to be happening in the surroundings, there is a constant battle going on inside their bodies, between fearless defensive cells and dangerous viruses and bacteria, which could lead to very serious diseases. Fortunately, the good guys take their work seriously, meaning that for a disease warrior rampage is nothing but as common and regular as breakfast cereal for children. Controlling one of these true warriors and moving around with the WASD or Arrow keys, aim the guns with the Mouse and press P for pause if in need of a break.
