Riding an unicycle will be one of the most difficult sports in the 2016 Olympic games, so start training with a professional athlete using ASKL keys. Limited to these four different controls, control both glutes and quads, strong and trained for endurance for years, until getting how the rhythm works. The goal is to cover the predetermined distance in the shortest possible time, which is obviously far from being easy but also won't be impossible. Be patient and definitely don't rush before acquiring the necessary skills to drive the unicycle, or else the runner might get hurt for falling to the ground.
